No Internet connection

All the lights are green on my hub apart from the amber voice light so I have no Internet connection. I have tried restarting it over and over again

Same issue. But just to be different, I'm in badildon

Called through. Apparently there are engineers working on fixing the issue in the area and they have a generic restoration time of 48hrs. Could not update me on a more accurate time frame even though there are already resources assigned to fix it. Useless to be honest. However, I did see that the internet in the area has been below the agreed for 3 days in a row recently, so eligible to claim back a month - worth checking in the sky service checker if you haven't all already.
