No Internet connection

Terrible Internet connection. Husband is working from home and connection keeps dropping out, sky TV stops working. On our phones it says we are connected no Internet. Sorts itself out then happens again. Been doing this constantly for days. Done all the tests on here and everything is fine apparently all green ticks, but I need to be using 4g to post this.

Thanks for the  reply.  I can't access the router, it won't accept the default password or my WiFi password?

Re: No Internet connection

Seems to be a common thread from what I see on this forum. Sky, some customer service would be smashing.

I had virgin before and never had an issue. Might as well go back to them I think. I'm not paying every month for half the services I signed up for.

@andrea2610 apart from showing your hub is connected at 56Mb/s those screens tell us nothing useful. The log in for your hub will require you to type admin as the usernams and either the word sky or the default wifi password on the label depending on the model of your hub. The link you need is at the bottom right of the status page.
