No Internet connection

No Internet connection, only the power light and WiFi lights are on on the hub. Followed all advice to check connections, cables and connect using WPS button but nothing has worked. Also reset hub using instructions on app, but still no Internet connection. App says broadband is working, and no issues in our area. What else can we do??

Exactly the same issues all looks like it should be working, but internet just keeps dropping out!

Sky box 'x' on status comes up intermittently on settings saying problem with broadband 

Work from home usually good connection it has been dropping out all day!

We have had issues all day. I work from home so it's been frustrating, being kicked out of meetings and work freezing and not saving.

tonight it is now affecting the tv, help!

the test says there are no issues when there is!
