Setup sky hub problem

Hello, I recieved my sky hub router and I setup mu sky hup as the small booklet which comes with it. But when I connect my router the red light get solid while my activation's day is today and I received the message that we activated your hub.

I just enclosed photos as well.

If that white ethernet cable is going to an ONT then it should be in ethernet port #4 (marked WAN) rather than port #1 where it is now.
