I have lost internet connetion today, only the power and wifi lights are green, the internet light is off. I have run through all the tests and health check and they all say the same thing, no internet. I have reset, restarted and done all the usual stuff but its still not working.
Can anyone help resolve this?

@Highlinder It just says it didnt work and a number to call but when i call the number it says its not in service. There is no option to book an engineer.
