My broadband is working OK in dover, but am on fttp 500mps, sky max wifi hub, 55inch sky glass tv and one puck no problems with it down here

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Same issue no Internet or phone. Sky sent a message advising of issues in area. Still not fixed since yesterday evening!

I'm from Birmingham and the internet has been down since yesterday 10pm. All lights are green on the hub except for LOS which is red. Can anyone tell me if what's going on if possible? i'm using the internet off my phones data for now lol.
