Could you use the service checker in the broadband section of your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data. It will still run a diagnostic and hopefully allow you to book an engineer if it detects an external fault

Showing an outage since yesterday on istheservicedown website. Looked bad yesterday but improving today but i would still advise you call sky re: your own issues
