Wifi not working

It's saying on the app everything is fine but it's not working on my phone, tv or anything

Have you tried using the service checker in your my sky app on 4g/5g mobile data?

Could you use the service checker in the broadband section of your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data.  It will still run a diagnostic and hopefully allow you to book an engineer if it detects an external fault

Showing an outage since yesterday on istheservicedown website.  Looked bad yesterday but improving today but i would still advise you call sky re: your own issues

Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
