No Internet although service checked and fine

Just moved in.  Set up new Hub plugging into master socket.  The power and wifi both have green lights but no Internet or voice lights.  Every so often the Internet flashes amber. 

Service checker/ diagnostics all say fine. 

No one has lived in the house for 7 years. Have followed steps to reset for 30 seconds but no difference. 

What do I do?

@Mellowyellow  So have you been advised by Sky that your service has been activated at your new address?  Did you move from another address?  If so did you complete the home move process to transfer your service?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Moved in and yes was advised by sky service was activated on Thursday last week (7th). This is a new contract, I am new account holder with sky. Engineer coming to visit Wednesday 13th August.
