No Internet all day

No wifi. Service checker on sky.com says there is an issue with our broadband. Can't run any of the tests because broadband is supposedly not connected. Tried everything. Turned off and on, reset and other things. Two orange lights still on the hub. Been without internet all day! Very frustrating.

@Etwn18  If the checker is reporting an issue rebooting your hub constatly won't help one bit, in  case you've also missed the weather the UK is being battered by storms this weekend.

 

Services will be affected.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
