No Internet No Customer service
My Internet went last night 19.20. Absolutely disgraceful that the customer service numbers are switched off aswell. This is how sky treats its loyal customers. Absolutely dreadful. No information. No customer service. You broke your contract agreement it's not right.

@Mickeire88 There is a global IT outage and this is why the cistomer service centre is unavailable. Have you tried to run the broadband test to see if it finds the external fault?

@Mickeire88 You may or may not be aware about the extremely large scalle Microsoft outage that has affected many, many, many companies. Sadly until it is fixed you will need to be patient.
