Our internet connection has been down for the last few hours in the Manchester area. The app shows that everything is connected and working fine but the actual router has three green lights and an amber light under the 'voice' of the router.
Anybody else in the Manchester area having issues?

Exactly the same here. I'm in North Manchester between Oldham and Rochdale. So annoying!

Down in the OL11 area, but the app says no faults.

Same in OL13 area... the app says everything ok but TV says problem with Network connection... so frustrating!!

Hi, did any of you get your Internet back? Mine was dropping out loads yesterday. Got up today and I have no Internet, tried all the in help and still nothing. Boundary park area of Oldham

We are in Saddleworth and having the same issue. I have reset all the equipment and now have no light on the broadband light on router. Is there a wider issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLoss of connection between midnight and 5am is most likely down to the need to take kit down for maintenance and is routine. The online test shows the last regular test result when you first view the screen but if you click to run it again it will tell you what you already know that the connection is down. Sometimes it might tell you this is due to planned work but as most overnight outages are quite localised Openreach dont always tell the telcos about that type of planned work.
@RichardP20 that your connection is still down at 6.30am inplies a fault so if the hub doesnt reconnect after a reboot which you can do by disconnecting the power for 10 seconds and the test doesnt tell you is due to a known issue call Sky when their lines start to open from 7am and report it.
