No Internet Connection

Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days now. Tries to re-connect but we just keep getting an orange light. Tried resetting the box multiple times and still nothing.

@Paul_Morris Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

No fault. The broadband test always says it's fine even though it's not.
