No Internet Connection Available - Incorrect Diagnostics
Hi Team,
I have no internet connection, and have run all tests. Sky's broadband tests say they can connect to my hub, despite the Internet light being off, or even when it's switched off.
Can Sky please contact me or provide contact details for helpline?
Thanks.

Re: No Internet Connection Available - Incorrect Diagnostics
So anyone who lives in the Brixton area close to Coldharbour Lane, there has been a BT box which sits on the end of the road and has been hit for the 6th time in a year and the cables have been ripped which provides fibre internet and power to the cabinet and internet to the surrounding area's. This is a major job and it took BT a couple of months to fix the last time. Nothing has been confirmed with BT Openreach yet but they have engineers out on the road surveying the damage.

Re: No Internet Connection Available - Incorrect Diagnostics
Nope opposite Brixton Passage , Somerleyton Rd. We have a business near there and the "estimated" date of repair is 7th October from BT Openreach.

Re: No Internet Connection Available - Incorrect Diagnostics
Hello People,
Just an update,
I spoke to the attending BT Openreach Engineers at the main box which has been Partially repaired however there is still outstanding work. The power to the cabinet is battery not live power so it will drop until BT openreach replace them. Not all of the connections have been repaired so some of the fibre cards were badly damaged and will need to be replaced. No estimate on when this will happen. Some connections have been restored and are functional but power will still take upto a week as SGN need to attend and restore.
Hopefully we have a permanent repair. also they moved it about 12 inches so it's further away (but not far enough) from the warehouse's carpark.
