What happens to the lights on your hub when you lose the connection? Can you post your hub's connection stats taken during the day when the connection is working. this is this morning now it's all back working.
Now I know how to access this ( I didn't before this post) I can try doing it when it goes off again.
When I went on the sky site last night it had a green tick so I don't think it's to do with maintenance
