No Internet 12pm-4am

Most nights my Internet is disconnected between 12-4am. I'm not sure if it's every night as I'm not always awake but it has been going on for over a month now. Service checker conveniently isn't working either. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks

That is when essential maintenance is carried out, when the least number of people are relying on the internet.

@Pugzoe while it could be overnight maintainance as @Daniel0210 that is unlikely to take months. What happens to the lights on your hub when you lose the connection? Can you post your hub's connection stats taken during the day when the connection is working. See  Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 this is this morning now it's all back working.

Now I know how to access this ( I didn't before this post) I can try doing it when it goes off again. 

 

When I went on the sky site last night it had a green tick so I don't think it's to do with maintenance

@Pugzoe the status page only shows major issues and so there could well be local work which would be missed so its  not a sfae assumption.
