So I've ordered new broadband for the theatre company I'm involved with and Royal Mail have failed to deliver the HUB on multiple occasions this week. Will the openreach engineer still be able to go ahead with our appointment on Monday if its not arrived? My husband has taken time off to be there and we are struggling to get hold of anyone to rearrange the appointment. Tracking on royal mail has been ridiculous.....unable to attempt deliver, property inaccessible, even though we listed our home address as someone would always be home!!

It's an amateur theatre group thats also a registered charity so not being done as business account as there's no manned office. The hub is with Royal Mail and has been out for delivery from our local office all week.

Openreach work can proceed without an ISP router being present.

Our account is registered with Now and we used the theatre company's details when setting everything up. Will have someone look into it.
