We've lost connection to internet, tv and talk. Open reach engineer supposed to be working on this but as it's weekend presume nothing will happen until Monday?

broadband hub power light is flashing red.

I work from home and no internet is an issue, never mind the fact we can't watch any TV all weekend or receive calls.
