Our WiFi has become very slow in the past week or so. We have tried rebooting but nothing helps. In some areas of our house we aren't getting any coverage at all. We can't always connect to the internet and my son isn't able to play online games. I've checked our connection and it says it's good but this isn't the case. I feel this is not acceptable for the package that I pay for.
