No Broadband No call backs making it very hard for wheelchair user

I moved over 2 weeks ago and set up to move my broadband well in advance as I am a wheelchair user and rely on it heavily. My engineer didn't turn up. Didn't call or message. I called and was told they'd come in 2 days...they didn't. I called again and they said it is a fault at the box will be fixed in 2 days. It wasn't fixed and no call or message. I called again they said its a postcode problem not a problem with the box. They said they'd call back. They didn't. They didn't fix it. I called again and they said a tech issue now. They said they'd call back. I called and asked to speak to a manager. They said they'd call back and they didnt. I am lost what do I do. Repeated promises made and nothing. I am in a wheelchair and have health issues meaning having Internet and a connection to the outside world with video calls to my doctor especially is very important. Why are Sky treating me as a long standing customer in this way? Can anyone help i just want to speak to someone at sky who can actually help me!!!
