Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Balo1607 at the time you posted could well be overnight maintenance work if so the service should be baxk by now. If it isnt run the Service Checker in the My Sky app to check if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if they aren't call them when lines open.
