So I switched form BT to SKY,
Big mistake, jokes on me. I feel like im wearing a clown suit and SKYis laughing at me, pointing.
I live in a city, very central, I am using the Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 Fibre.
My current internet speed is 1.1mbps on the Ethernet cable to computer and Wifi is 10 - 17 MBPS. I was informed my sky that you dont need to meet critieria with speeds for WIFI, so I cant complain about speeds for Wifi as its the broacdband itself they provide, wow.
I nopw have hte Max pods, does nothing.
everyime I phone, they tell me they see my wifi as above 25 at 30 odd, gee thanks.
next issue, they Didnt tell BT I switched, BT charged me an extra 3 months at 146GPB (the non contract rate) and SKY are refusing to pay me back, the last employee told me, he would sort it and phone me back 2 fridays ago........... wow, just wow, how do they actually get away with robbing folk.
they just pawn evereything off on the "Online service checker" mine is at 1.1mpbs ( as shown on your site aswell) and your checker says "your speed looks great".......................................... are you actually on this planet.
