Internet not working

WiFi tests are all saying there is no problem, but I have no internet connection

I have the same problem. Ran all their tests, results say all is good but I don't have internet anymore. I'm based in Reading.

very frustrating as there's no one from Sky to talk.

Same problem in Shropshire. Really poor and slow connection. My checked speed from this morning is 4.8mbs instead of 60.... Yet says no problems!

Loads of us in Chester with Sky Fibre and no service at all - dead.  Someone rang them and we have been told it will be up to 48 hours for service to resume.

Absolutely disgusting service from sky all tests states there is no issue yet, there is no internet connection at all 2 green and 2 amber lights i reset the router now 2 green 1 amber, this is happening in london
