Wifi Slow

Just switched to fibre and wifi has slowed to next to nothing and it now doesn't reach all rooms. 

it's the same router but download speeds are less that 2mbps

Not sure if there has been a problem in general with wifi tonight as ours has also been incredibly slow. Trying to watch football on streaming and just constantly broken and stop/start. Not very impressed with sky broadband at the moment. Has been slow for a while but particularly bad tonight.
