Nighthawk AC3200 WiFi Router (R8000) not working

Hi,

I  have just had Sky Fibre (500gb) installed and Sky router is terrible. I want to use my Nighthawk router.

The same router worked fine with Hyperoptics

Do you know if it's compatible?

@TheMillkman

The Netgear R8000 doesn't appear to support DHCP Option 61 client identifier for authenticating with Sky broadband but it may work by setting up DHCPv6 Prefix Delegation (PD) which works on about 80% of Sky broadband exchanges.

Alternatively, you could set it up connected to the Sky router by ethernet on one of the LAN ports and set it to wireless Access Point (AP) mode.
