New wifi

I received my new sky hub when I signed up to the service a few weeks ago. When the service switched over from BT I kept using the BT hub for a while but switched to the Sky hub a couple of days ago. Initially the speed was close to 500mb but since yesterday afternoon it dropped to around 2mb. Today it remained low and then kept dropping signal every minute or so until now when it won't connect at all. I've reset the hub and the main fibre box a few times and changed the cable between the two. Nothing is working.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Re: New wifi

Sorry. I thought my message was going to customer service not posting to a forum. I've already tried everything the website help says to do and more. The website tests were useless and just kept saying there's a problem but then running the test and saying it was fine. Even though it showed speeds of zero. Then it led me down a path of posting to a forum which is really strange. I'll do it the old fashioned way and call them tomorrow.
