New wifi hub

I received a email around six weeks ago about receiving a new hub from you?

At the time I was on holiday and forgot all about it. 
since coming home I have tried to open the message from you but I can not get the information to load. 
Would it be possible for you to look into the mater.

Give Sky a call to discuss the upgrade (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Can I recieve a new hub as the old one receives no updates

If the email was about ordering a replacement hub as the one you have got will not receive anymore updates then you should be able to use this link to order the free replacement:
