New tenant needs to be connected

Im new tenant so i need to connected to wiff ,they are cables of sky in the house

@Dgweshe1973  Your tenant needs to call Sky to sign up, unless the account is in your name?   In which case neither you or your tenant you can't request connection through a public forum.   

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Dgweshe1973 not surecwhat you mean by "Sky cables" if they are satellite feed cables then they cannot be used for broadband they are for a TV service.

 

Sky like many ISPs only use the Openreach phone network for broadband check if there is a phone socket or better a box labelled Openreach with 4 LEDs. If there is you can sign up online in most cases or call Sky if you get stuck. Takes a minimum of 14 days to get connected..
