New super WiFi worse than old one?

Connected new super wifi box, and now tv at back of house keeps dropping out and garden cameras don't connect since the change.   I thought it would be better ?  Do the boosters we have around house work with new u it???????

just been contacted from a call centre in India was concerned not sky so didn't take call.

If you didn't take the call how do you know it was Sky, or an Indian call centre? You are right in being cautious especially if you get an unexpected call.
