New sky hub

Received an email asking me to order a new hub as my current hub is no longer receiving security updates. Tried to request one only to be told my account is suspended and I need to make a payment. This is nonsense as I pay by direct debit which comes out the first of every month. My subscription is all working as it should. No option anywhere to contact sky.

150 is the number to call Sky on fromn your landline phone.
