New sky hub, no Internet
Just set up new sky hub but no Internet access. Tested the broadband and wife on the sky app, but says there is no problems and that everything is fine, but it's still saying its connected to the old router. Which isn't even plugged in

You need to now set up your devices again by having them search for your new Sky network name and the password you need is on the card that came with it and the hub itself.
