New sky hub WiFi signal is worse than old hub!

Really fed up. Sky advised that our wifi hub was old and would soon be unsupported. Signed up for a new white hub and paid £4 or so a month more. The signal strength is terrible. Far far worse than the old WiFi hub. I mostly work from home and it's affecting my Teams calls. New hub is in exactly the same place as the old. Restarting the hub doesn't help.

@RuthAn do you have Sky Q boxes? These no longer act as wifi hot spots with thecwhite Sky Max hub. If you bought Sky WiFi Max Sky will send you a WiFi Extender pod if you ask that does act as a hotvspot.

Yes, we have Sky Q boxes. That explains it then! I'll ask Sky as you suggested. Thanks for your help
