I've had my router for years now and think I need a new one , how do I get one

What model router do you have at the minute?

As of this coming december the sky q hub er115 will be obsolete so call sky as below

The Sky Hub dates back to 2013 and is effectively obsolete.

The Q Hub is from 2016 and all units still in use are being replaced this year as they don't comply with new UK security regulations for such devices.

The Sky Broadband Hub from 2019 is swappable for a 2023 Max Hub by paying for the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
