New router

I have just noticed that all that has been delivered is an internet cable - no router or power cable but I cannot find an email address to send to them to ask if the engineer can bring those things when he comes

@dontpanic you have been sent what Sky call a "update kit" as your current router can be connected with the new cable. All current Sky hubs can be used with full fibre and services over copper.
