New router

Just recived my new router ready for my service to go live but the box was open on delivery, seems sky don't care as can't even get through to talk to anyone just some person by text and they tell me to go and speak to delivery company, don't care if anything is missing or that wifi code is missing.

@Keith1011 for information wifi code is printed on the back of your router normally Sky use royal mail to deliver their routers etc
