New router isn’t as good

I just upgraded to new max router the WiFi is worse than it was before I would like to return it if that is the case and cancel within my 14 days

@Grahame83 Think you will have to call sky CS direct with that one and get it all sorted out with your account!

@Grahame83  Did you change from a black router to a white router by any chance?
