Inconsistent Broadband
My broadband connection to my house is inconsistent. I cant work from home as the wifi drops conference calls. How can I get the overhead cable to my house changed? The sky app shows I have a problem but it will clear as eventually the connection comes back. But is then inconsistent and drops again.

Renewal of copper circuits is extremely unlikely to happen when the priority is the national rollout of optical fibre.

Re: Inconsistent Broadband
As mentioned already getting the cable changed to your home from the pole is unlikely to happen with the rollout of Fibre. Additionally this is a last resort troubleshooting step, Sky will send out Openreach to look at the line if that is the problem first.

Re: Inconsistent Broadband
Not sure how long we have to go without broadband while we wait for fibre! I'll call Sky to contact openReach. Thanks.
