New router help

Hi. The engineers just been out and told me I need a new router. Phone number doesn't work and want to talk to someone, not the whole community please. How do I contact you

Yes landline works. Engineer couldn't fix the problem. Said it could be the router. Order a new router

Mesh don't think so. Didn't seem to be in a rush  and was helpful. All cables ok and found the dropouts were legit. Could only be a router problem. Sorry for delay I'm new to this awkward forum

@Toca  where was the engineer finding the droupouts and how did they get to it being the router that was at fault?

That doesn't concern me. He told me to get a new router but need to contact sky but as everything's automated to their questioning and phone numbers don't work how do I get in touch with them

@Toca  You can dial 150 on your landline if that is working correctly, but if not you can find a number at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help "

150 is EE not sky. Well that's who it puts me through to. I'll try the link. Thank you

150 is a standard number for all openreach isp's their system detects what openreach phone/broadband provider you are with

@Toca to be honest. I doubt a new router will lhelp but I am escalating your post to a Sky team who support the forum. Expect an ivitation to an online chat through the forum where a chat icon will be added.

No my mobile. I've not got a landline phone. It's disconnected as phone doesn't work. Prefer mobile
