New router does not allow me to print and Alexa dot does not connect.

I can't use my printer or alexa.com.  How do I change so that I can print and receive messages on Alexa?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
