New router but internet keeps dropping still every ten mins

Been dropping out for weeks but has got worse . Range several times including tonight . It's dropped out every ten min since 5 pm WiFi connection on here seems fine but it's not . Even with new router . Deleted all recordings , router has been in same place for over five years under telly in unit so it's not that . Even when no one is using any other devices it still drops out . We are due phone call Sunday after ringing today to see how it's been going but can't wait until Sunday as need to work

Give them a call tomorrow esoecially if the online tests are showing no faults:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
