Internet constantly dropping out with 2 orange lights on router

Internet constantly drops no signal on any device router has 2 orange lights on doesn't matter if we turn off and on or anything just end up with crappy internet which is horrible when there's no phone signal in your area and your meant to be "reliable" takes about hour hour and a half then it comes back this has happened max of 5 times in one day

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I have done all this before hand tbf, bar contact sky everything reads as okay I'll throw them a call tomorrow
