Hi my Wi-Fi isn't great and would like a new micro filter to see if that will help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky do not provide microfilters anymore and unless your connection is outright dropping and the broadband light is changing colour then its very unlikely to be a microfilter issue.
If you post your router stats we can have a look for you.

Thank you I will have a look - it's just not great Wi-Fi and hasn't been for awhile so trying out different options as says all good when I check on sky

What do I copy for u to see the stats? The summary status?

You can buy micofilters at most hardware stores for a few pounds if you want to try that.

21Mbs inbound and 5Mbs outbound at the Hub certainly isn't very good, and you're then likely to have WiFi losses on top of that.
Dou you happen to know what Sky quoted as your Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed?
