Ok, I will give you the VERY SHORT version of this saga!
I recently left Sky BB with no Termination charges because of the price increase. New phone provider took over the line, BB switched to the new provider too, but Sky were saying in my account that BB was still active and I would be billed for it.
Spoke to someone in chat yesterday and they put a cancellation in - I got two emails about this and it said it would cancel today, 21st March. It's still saying "cancellation in progress", any idea how long the actual cancellation should take? I want this cancelled off as I no longer have Sky BB and don't want to be billed for it!
