New installation

Hi I'm having superfast installed this Tuesday, openreach haven't been out to install a box on the outside wall yet, does anyone know if this box is necessary or can it run with the existing cables - openreach have been out to clear a duct but that's all that's happened so far as I can see.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
