New hub with full fibre?

Hi,

I have just upgraded to full fibre from ultrafast. I have the standard home hub.

will I receive a new router with the full fibre upgrade? My current router doesn't reach every room in my house (2 up 2 down) and I'd prefer a new one!

Re: New hub with full fibre?

@DavidIllusion1 There is a good chance with that hub you have then NO, well capable of doing what is needed, and if you happen to have sky Q then keep it, if you want the shiny new one, Sky Max onwards you might have to sign up and any additionl package addon sky can upsell to you!

Will see the picture posted when it get's approved for viewing!

If you current Hub is not reaching and know idea where you have it placed, but you will be selecting the position for your new FF Full Fibre upgrade, so DO think carefully, the hub signal only reaches so far.....

It appears that Sky is currently only supplying the Max Hub to customers who add the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
