Internet password not recognised

Does anyone know why the internet password does not work when trying to input it manually but it does work when you scan the QR code?

I don't have the function on my work laptop to scan the QR code so cannot connect to the internet

Trying to get through to any actual person is proving inpossible

@Joanna71

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

@Joanna71 if tge QR code is working the hub is using the default password which makes this quite curious. As someone who has suffered from the issue of misreading a 0 for an O or aa 1 for a l I know it is very hard to spot but infuriating when you finally do.

If your work laptop offers WPS as an option in its network set up that can work set that going and then press the WPS button on the sude of tge hub for a few seconds until the hub's lightvstarts flashing blue.
