Hi, I'm getting nowhere with sky, I've just received a new hub, it's the stand up one that chooses the best frequency atm. However, it says (when i try and access the hub it says it will send me an encrypted password, I've no idea where? But not to my email address. Sky's numbers aren't working atm for some reason. If anyone can help I'd be appreciated.
