New hub not working. Only 2 lights on

My new Sky hub doesn't appear to be working properly. I only have 2 out of 4 lights on. Any help would be appreciated

Is it your internet and phone lights?

Why was the hub replaced? Did you experience similar issues

Thanks for quick response. 
my hub was replaced as it was inaccessible to change any settings. Sky couldn't even access it. 
I swapped from Virgin a while back & some of my devices, cctv, floor lamp etc, wouldn't connect to 2.4/5Ghz. I was told to try to go to settings & select 2.4Ghz, but could not get in. So Sky sent a new router. 

 

Hopefully that all makes sense

Power & WiFi lights are on. Internet & voice lights are off

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

 

Although we can escalate it to sky for you. Sounds more like a unrelated outage rather than the hub
