New hub activation date

Where is the activation date as I can't see any date on any of the boxes the new hub came in??

@gandalf  Is this a replacement hub or have you upgraded your broadband package with Sky?

Thanks for your reply, but I have no orders or order history as the upgraded broadband hub was the result of a telephone conversation. Any other advice please?

@gandalf  So you have Sky Broadband already?  If yes just plug in the new hub in place of the old one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's an upgraded hub package to improve the speed, I am an existing customer. I am just wondering should the connection be instant or does it take a while?

@gandalfYou should be able to change out routers without much issue. Just have to reconnect all your devices as the the router has a new Wi-Fi name and password unless you change it to the old one.
