Where is the activation date as I can't see any date on any of the boxes the new hub came in??

Thanks for your reply, but I have no orders or order history as the upgraded broadband hub was the result of a telephone conversation. Any other advice please?

It's an upgraded hub package to improve the speed, I am an existing customer. I am just wondering should the connection be instant or does it take a while?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@gandalfYou should be able to change out routers without much issue. Just have to reconnect all your devices as the the router has a new Wi-Fi name and password unless you change it to the old one.
