New house

I recently moved into a new house and tried to register with sky broadband however the previous tenants are still registered and have no ways to contact them, how can I sort this situation?

Normally in this situation sky won't do anything as it's up to the previous owner/tenant to cancel/transfer their account 

 

all you can do is call sky and plead your case
